Thanks for reaching out to us and we apologize for any difficulty you're having, William. We'll be glad to see how we can help today.
First, to view your online statements, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts tab at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on.
3. Click on the “Statements” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view from the drop-down box and click “View Statement.”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
Also, kindly note that in order to view your statements online, we require Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher.
If you don’t have this version or better, you'll find a link provided in the statement section to upgrade your software. You may need to restart your computer once the upgrade is complete.
If you are still experiencing difficulties, we recommend using a different browser or you could connect with our Tech Support, available 24/7, at 800-493-7562.
Hope this is helpful, William and have a great afternoon.
