Trying to make a payment. Have no access to a phone and currently in Africa. Tried online through my online account but forgot password and it won't verify my info to make a new password. Please help

We understand you mentioned that you are unable to make the phone call at this time; however, in order to get your online access unlocked, you will need to contact one of our dedicated Specialists directly via telephone when you are able to gain phone access. Please understand that it is for our Customer's protection. They are available 24/7 to assist you after account verification.
When calling from Africa or any other country outside the United States, please dial us direct at 1-856-751-9000 or call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 (if you are able to gain access to a land line).
