Thanks for joining us today, Samiyah.
It sounds like you are enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance. We'd like to let you know that this service is an optional overdraft service that TD Bank offers with our personal Checking account holders that may help you avoid debit card declines. Once enrolled, you maybe authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account, but it may result in a fee. In addition, the approval or decline of a transaction will be at the Bank's discretion.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. We would love to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We recommend contacting us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification one of our Specialists will be more than happy to help. You may also visit your local TD Store during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can also send us a secure message using www.tdbank.com, if you are enrolled in Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
We appreciate your visit. Take care.
