There are multiple options that you may obtain the copies of your recent deposit slips with deposited items, we will be glad to go over all these options here with you.
If you have a TD Business account and are currently enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect Online Banking website, after you've logged onto your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, you may follow the simple steps to view the images of recent deposited items online:
1. Click on the Accounts tab
2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your account name
3. From the drop down arrow, select "Show All", it is under Account History
4. Locate the deposit
5. Click on View
6. Click on Deposit Details
If you are having difficulties viewing the images online, you can call our Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for additional assistance.
Please know that the above option is only for deposits made within the last 60 days to a TD Business account holders at this time. If you have a TD personal account product, the images of deposited items are not currently available online. However, no worries, we have a couple of options for you to obtain the copy of the images of deposited items or deposit slips.
First, you may request to have your check images or deposit slips mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or visiting your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. To find the closest location near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You should expect to receive your copies at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message to request the copies to be mailed to you. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." This option also applies to BusinessDirect users if they would like to request the check images which are older than 60 days.
