Trying to log in to mobile app on IPhone. It's been long time since I logged in and I have forgot my username and password. Cannot find a way to reset it ?? Any help is greatly appreciated ..

If you haven't been able to log in to your TD Mobile App recently, just in case you can recall your user name we invite you to visit our full site at www.tdbank.com, either on your computer or mobile device, to reset your password. You can also visit this link to begin: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you remember your user name have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself.
Once you're there, please click the "Forgot your Password?" link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, it will ask to you answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password. Once this is complete, you can return to the mobile app and log in with your new info.
If you can't remember your user name as well, that's okay! Another easy way to reset this info is to contact one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 to assist you. You also have the option to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help.
