Hi Ursula and thanks for visiting us on TD Helps.
If you remember your current password, you can reset it by logging into your account online. Once you've logged in on www.tdbank.com please click on the “Customer Service” tab, then there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that, you will see a link to “Change Password.”
If you have forgotten your password but remember your Online Banking user name and have U.S. Social Security Number, you do have the option to reset your password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the log in page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you do not remember your user name or don't have Social Security number feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance. Or, if you've forgotten your TD Bank BusinessDirect password, please give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562, option 2 for Small Businesses.
You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if you're looking to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your TD Bank account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone) and do not recall the current one, you will need to visit your local TD Bank during the normally lobby hours. If you do remember the current verification password and would like to update it, you may contact our 24/7 customer service department at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank Store.
