trying to set up AT&T in my pay online account. get a message Not an AT&T account number. Help?

We're sorry that you're having so much trouble adding a payee to your TD Bank Bill Pay, and we'll be more than happy to help!
As you mentioned that you're getting an error after entering in the account number for your payee, AT&T, we'd like to recommend confirming you are entering in the correct number by reviewing your bill from your payee. If you have confirmed that the account number you're entering is correct, we apologize for any inconvenience, and would like to recommend that you connect with us directly so that we may troubleshoot this with you.
