We're so happy you decided to join us! Thanks for choosing TD and it's our pleasure to help you get started with your account online.
We're happy to tell you that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. You will need your new TD ATM/Debit Card number, your account number, Social Security number, and your email address to begin. Once you have these ready, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, please choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your accounts online.
If you're missing any of this info, such as your ATM/Debit card number or other credentials, have no worries. We can help you enroll by phone or in person! Please contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or you can visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits, if you'd like! Your login information will be the same as you established for online banking as above. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. Once your account has been open for 90 days or more, if you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
Virginia, we certainly hope this helps you get set up!
If you'd like to chat again about your new account, please click the 'Reply' button and we'll be glad to help.
Thanks again for your business and we look forward to talking with you again!
