Welcome to TD Helps, Matthew and thank you for visiting us today. We're happy to assist you with your Person-to-Person payment.
We do offer two delivery options when sending a Person-to-Person payment; there are three-day and next-day options available. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
For the information on PopMoney Payments Services Terms and Conditions, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (specifically Pg. 3, Section 1.16 for information on the payment methods and amounts).
In order to confirm if your first attempt has been accepted, we will need to review your account. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Please feel free to call 800-493-7562, 24/7 to speak with one of our Digital Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account with you. Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Lastly, you may send a secure message using our website. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps, Matthew. Enjoy your day and please let us know if you have any further questions.
