I am supposed to get a refund to my TD student account from the transportation services in Madrid Spain because they over charged me for a metro card. They have asked me for an IBAN number in order to complete the transaction. What information or number can I give them in order to have them wire the money?

Thanks for coming to TD Helps to start the discussion, Sydney, and thanks for using TD for your Wire transfer needs.
We'd be happy to provide the information you need to receive your incoming international wire. Please know that the information you need to provide to the sending bank overseas is based on how the funds are being sent.
Since the funds are being sent in foreign currency, please provide the following information to the sending bank:
Correspondent Bank SWIFT Code: TDOMCATTTOR; Correspondent Bank: The Toronto Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2; Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Beneficiary Bank: TD Bank N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054;
In Favor of: TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
Additionally, we strongly recommend confirming with the financial institution sending the wire transfer to determine if they require you to provide an ABA#/Routing#, or a BIC/SWIFT Code to complete the transfer.
We'd like advise, International Bank Account Number, or IBAN, is used by some banks in Europe only. TD Bank does not have an IBAN, but we do require a Swift Code.
Please know that we will post all incoming wires on the banking day they are received. Also, we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender. For more info on any fees for receiving a wire transfer at TD Bank, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Thanks again for your visit today! We hope this helps Sydney. Have a good one.
