There are a few options that you may use to check your account balance and transactions to determine if your social security disability deposit has been received or not. We'd be more than happy to go over all these options with you.
The simplest and easiest way to check your account transactions is by using our Online Banking website. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You may also view the transactions as well. Please login to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activities such as deposits and debits.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
