To have your account switched to a 60 Plus checking, you just simply have to contact us directly. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If you prefer you may also send us a Secure Message from your online banking profile to request a product switch. Please log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then on the left hand side of the page you'll see the option to Send a Message under the Message Center. If you're not yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry! You may enroll by using the link here https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security Number, ATM or Debit Card Number, account number
Please note that you will not be able to get the free check benefits until your product switch has been completely updated. Once you submit your request with us, it typically takes 1-2 business days for the update to be complete.

You may also order checks from online banking directly. Ordering checks is simple! Towards the top, right hand side of your screen, you should see a tab that reads 'Customer Service'. Once you click on this tab, under the 'Special Request and Documents' section, towards the center, you will see a link that reads 'Order Checks.' This link will take you directly to the screen where you can select the account you wish to order checks for, and after confirming, you will be redirected to another page. After completing all the required information, you'll be all set!

To change your email address online, you may follow the steps below:
1. Click on the 'Customer Service' tab, located on the top of your screen, once logged on through online banking.
2. Click on 'Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address'.
3. Change the necessary information and click 'Send'.
An email representative will contact you with confirmation once the change has been processed.
