Hello. I'm a dual-U.S./Canadian citizen now working and living in the U.S., but maintaining a residence on both sides of the border. I'm interested in getting U.S.-dollar credit card that is based in the U.S. (and that uses my excellent Canadian credit history to qualify me for one!). I called your cross-border information line and I was directly to this link: http://www.tdbank.com/crossbordercreditcards, which is a PDF that, when completed, needs to be faxed to Credit Card Operations at 1-856-642-3962. I filled out the form, faxed it in about two weeks ago, received confirmation from my fax machine that it went through, but I'm wondering now how I can follow up to make sure that it arrived at your end or to know what the approximately timing will be for a reply. Can you please help :) Thank you!

When applying for a TD Bank Visa Credit Card, a decision will be issued to you in writing. This letter will be mailed to you approximately 7-10 business days from the date of your application is received. If you are approved, the credit card will normally be mailed to your address on file within 7-10 business days. Please note, there might be a delay when shipping to an address outside the United States.
If you prefer, you may also obtain a decision on your credit application by calling TD Card Services at 1-888-561-8861. You may reach out to them at your earliest convenience, as they are available 24/7.

Thanks. And, just got my card, so all good! Really quite odd to me that it's done by fax -- I wasn't sure if could even find a fax machine these days :) -- but, hey, it's all worked out so I'm not complaining.
