good day. whilst i have already registered for online banking, i am unable to access my accounts online. at the same time i have also made a request for online statements only, but despite that i select and save this option, i still see that 'paper' statements are to be sent for my accounts. thanks for your assistance.

If you ever have trouble with your Online Banking user name and password, you’re always welcome to give us a call, 24/7, at 800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Online Banking Specialists. Upon proper account verification, they will be able to help you gain online access in no time. Once you have reached a Specialist, they'll also be happy to help you determine why your account may not be enrolled in Paperless Statements.
