I am using Quicken Home & Business 2013 R 12 (220.127.116.11). I am trying to add my TD Auto Loan as a Loan Account. I get to the enter userid and pw screens fine. I'm asked the challenge question (so I know Quicken is connecting OK, I think) I answer the challenge question Then... I get a message from Quicken that no account information is found. What to do?

If you are having trouble viewing your Auto Loan via Quicken, give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Here one of our dedicated Tech Support Specialists will be able to add the loan transactions to your banking profile. You also have the option of visiting a TD Bank Store during lobby hours and speaking with a Representative. Check http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, we recommend contacting a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to assist you.
