Great to hear from you and we apologize for the trouble you're having with your online account.
When visiting the TD Auto Finance page to log in, you'll have the option of resetting your user name and/or password there. You can check this out at: http://bit.ly/1GaNthy and then, on the right side, use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password links to reset or recover your info.
Since it sounds like you may have already given this a try, if you still need assistance then we would recommend reaching out to a TD Auto Finance Representative directly. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
