Thanks for joining us! We apologize for any troubles you experienced using our Online Banking, we're glad to help.
As you mentioned that you haven't been able to log in to your account and you have a new account, we'd like to ensure that you've already enrolled for this service.
If you haven't already, signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you've already been enrolled for this service and you're experiencing an issue with your password, we invite you to visit our full website on your computer to reset this information. You can visit this link to begin: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, or if you've tried to enroll with no luck, don't worry! You're welcome to contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or you can also visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope these options help and let us know if you have other questions. Take care.
