I want to transfer funds from my TD checking account to my Easy Rewards account, but haven't been able to do so online. When attempted, a notice appears telling me to use the "numeric keys".

One of the most common problems when transferring funds, is transfers not being accepted when you type with non-numeric keys to make your transfer. For example, if you are trying to transfer $1000.00, please be sure to only type 1000.00 not 1,000.00. In other words, please do not include any commas when entering in the amount you would like to transfer. If you are still unable to proceed, we recommend you contact our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and they will be happy to assist you.
