I was on a site The Oil Box and ordered ONE item for $8.95 and was charged for FIVE items at $44.85 on 11/01. At the end of the order, as it usually will say "confirm order", it did not ask me to confirm. It gave me a notification that said FIVE will be shipped. I immediately emailed the site, as it was late, and told them I did not authorize this and to cancel my order. The order was not canceled and I was charged not only the $44.85 but also TWO transfer fees of $10.00 each, which would not have been necessary if that charge was not posted to my account. I am disputing the charge and also asking for the two $10.00 transfer fees to be reversed.

Hi Colleen. We're sorry to hear what's happened and we'd like to help direct you.
It's always unfortunate when situations such as these occur, but the good news is that they are often able to be corrected fairly quickly by the merchant. To start, we recommend attempting to resolve this with the merchant directly as they may be able to quickly issue you a refund or cancel the transaction entirely. If they are unwilling to issue you a refund or you are unable to contact them, we may be able to file a merchant dispute for you if the transaction has posted to your account. If the dispute is found in your favor, the transaction amount and any fees directly caused by it should be refunded with the dispute settlement.
We'd like to review this transaction and better advise on a course of action. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we are unable to access to specific account information. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope to hear from you soon so that we can work to resolve this. Take care, Colleen.

This is the reply I received from the merchant. Once the funds are reversed and re-deposited into my account, can you reverse tie two transfer fees that occurred due to the merchant's error?

Welcome back, Colleen.
We'd first like to take a moment to explain that, currently, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact. Because of this, unfortunately, we do not have access to your account or personal information to file a dispute on your behalf or review your account to determine if you may be eligible for a refund.
However, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly, at any of the methods Candice mentioned above, or if you're unable to call or visit a Store location, you can also send us a secure message.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Thanks again for stopping by, Colleen.
Have a great weekend.
