From your message, it sounds like either your Visa Debit card or Online Banking account are not working as you expect right now and we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing. After account verification, they'll be more than glad to review your account and remove any block as possible. If you`re trying to access your online banking account and can't do so, please note that you`ll have three login attempts before your account will become locked.

Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you can then reset your password and log back in.
