Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Joann. We would be glad to help!
Typically, an IM withdrawal is the term that is used when a check has been cashed from your Checking account at a TD Bank location by your payee. Once the item posts to the account, it will include the check number of the item that was presented.
If you would like to look into this further, we recommend giving a call to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000; they are available 24/7 to take your call.
You also have the option of sending us a Secure Message if you would like to submit your inquiry online. If you're already enrolled for Online Banking, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If not, please start the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, your Social Security number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a Secure Message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message you can ask us anything related to your account and we will be glad to look into it further.
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 by using the number listed above. Upon account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Please keep in mind that you can always stop by and visit any TD Bank location if you would like to discuss your inquiry in person. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for Stores and hours near you.
We hope this helps. Have a great one and let us know if you need anything else.
