Good afternoon, Robert.
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble updating the Password for your Online Banking, and we'll be more than happy to help.
We know that in this digital world, it can be hard to remember User Names and Passwords. Because of this, TD Bank offer's a Self Service feature in the event you do forget your Password, which you can access from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, after selecting the 'Forgot your Password' hyperlink.
You'll first want to select your account type, and then simply enter in your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. After doing so, you will be prompted to answer the three security questions you selected during your enrollment. Once completed, you'll be able to reset your Password, and gain access to your Online Banking again!
If you have any trouble at all, please don't worry. Our Tech Support Team is here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 800-493-7562. Additionally, if you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this helps, Robert.
Thanks again for stopping by, and have a great weekend.
