I have had a secured credit card for some time, and I'd like to reapply to upgrade that to a regular credit card, how do I go about doing that? And, will I get the money that was deposited in the secure savings account back? Thanks!

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Anna.
If you currently have a TD Secured Credit Card in good standing, your account will be reviewed for graduation to a TD Unsecured Credit Card on the 8 month anniversary of opening the account and every month after. Please know that this process happens automatically and an application is not necessary. If your account qualifies for the graduation, a letter will be mailed to your address on file notifying you of this approval. Once the graduation is processed, the hold on your funds used as collateral for the TD Secured Card will be released and eligible for use.
We recommend contacting TD Card Services at 888-561-8861, 24/7, for further assistance with your credit card inquiry. Our Specialists will be glad to assist you and answer any questions you may have about your credit card. If you're unable to give us a call, that's okay. Feel free to come by any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this information answers all your questions. Please let us know if should you have any further questions. Have a great rest of your day!
