URGENTLY!!! I am currently travelling in Indonesia and my debit card got suspended and doesn't work. I don't have any cellular so I can't call. What to do?

There can be several reasons that a debit card could be declined. We'll need to review your debit card activity to see why it was declined and possibly review transactions with you to ensure that there have been no fraudulent activity.

To call us from outside the United States via phone use country code 011 at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can also send us a secure message through your Online or Mobile Banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
