I am from Canada, wintering in the USA. I have a new US chip card but I find out the secure PIN is NOT required for most transactions. Can I get a card that requires the PIN for ALL transactions.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to answer your question here on TD Helps, Kim!
When making a debit card purchase, we are unable to determine how the funds will be debited. The way the transaction is processed is based on the merchant. We appreciate your diligence of your account and invite you to take a look here: https://go.td.com/1Ex8IvZ to learn more security features the EMV Chip Card has to offer. Additionally, you may also want to take a look here: https://go.td.com/1npPddy for tips on how to protect your account.
Thanks for the question, Kim. Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
