My dad wants to send money to my Canadian account from Kazakhstan in American dollar. I would like to know which swift code he should use TDOMCATTTOR or BOFAUS3NXXX? Do I need location of the TD Canada trust bank, which address should I provide American or Canadian? The bank in my country also ask account holder banking information should be in one line, basically need to put all numbers together? I have 7 numbers of the account number, 5 numbers of transit number and 004 institution number, which sequence should I follow in order to put them together in one line? I am currently outside of Canada and I can't call customer service.
