Welcome to the TD Helps community, Marwan. We're happy to provide you all the information you would need as a non US resident to apply for a credit card.
To begin, you need to be either a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident of the United States, have a current U.S. street address within TD footprints, have a U.S. Social Security number and must be at least 18 years of age or older. If this is the case for you, you are more than welcome to take a look here: http://bit.ly/UpkJy4 to find out all the info about all the Visa credit cards we currently offer.
Once you are ready, Marwan, you may apply online or call us 24/7 at 888-561-8861. Once we receive your application, you should expect to receive a decision via mail within 7-10 business days after the application is submitted. You can also stop by any TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours for help with TD Visa Credit Card application or to check on an existing application status. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note; if you are between the age of 18 and 21, you must submit your credit card application at a TD Bank Store location.
Just in case you have any additional questions about our Visa Credit Cards, please feel free to contact our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 using the number above or if you're outside the United States, you can reach us at 706-644-3266 . You also have the option of reviewing our generic personal credit card agreement: http://bit.ly/1klVfbF.
Here are some helpful tools TD Bank offers that may help you understand your credit score and report: http://bit.ly/1jOWoe7 and also check out: http://bit.ly/1nUzsyy on how to build good credit score.
We hope this helps, Marwan. Have an awesome day!
