I just opened a checking and saving account today. However, I am unsuccessful at setting up online banking using the username and password provided to me. What should I do?

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Yingying. We're thrilled that you opened a new account with us and we're happy to help you get set up online!
Setting up for Online Banking can help you keep track of your account. You can simply follow this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your TD Bank checking/savings account number, and your E-Mail address.
If you do not have the following, you can call one of our dedicated Online Banking Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and we will be happy to assist you further. You can also stop by any TD Bank Store and a Customer Service Representative will be able to help get you set up.
Once you’ve created your Username and password through the TD Bank website, you can then use your TD Bank Mobile App to do your banking anytime, anywhere.

I applied for a mortgage today, and received two e-mails with user name and password. The e-mail stated that I must log on within 48 hours. The user name and password are not working! It is the weekend. I do not want to be locked out to receive documents electronically. Help!

If you have other TD accounts such as a personal checking or savings account, you may enroll for Online Banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need the account number, ATM/Debit card, your social security number and email address.
If you happen to only have an existing mortgage with us, you will need to reach out to our Customer Service line to enroll. Please contact a Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000; or, you can visit a TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Please check here: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for the TD Store locations and hours near you.
To obtain additional information on your mortgage, feel free to call our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group at 800-937-5020, visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours or send us a secured message through online banking. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and select Send a secured message located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
