I had opened and closed a TD bank account a couple years ago, and then opened another TD account in April with the same online banking username and password. I have miss placed both my username and password and would like to recover them both.

To recover your User Name and Password, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After one of our specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to assist you in retrieving your Online Banking User Name and resetting your Password. If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
If you are referring to your User Name on tdcardservices.com, you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
For additional support on other Online Banking platforms, such as: Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Also contact 855-219-8050 for help logging into the TD Go Card site.
