I'm trying to log in but I have no success doing that. I use to log in using my card number, but now, the system ask me for my User name, which I don't remember. I'm able to use the app, but I don't know how to check info, so I can see my User Name, and there is no option to send an email besides the option "Feedback". I'm not in Canada at the moment, so it's difficult for me to communicating by phone. If there is any way you can help me through the app I will appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
