Good morning, my name is Pedro Ladislau and I have 2 questions on my side:
1. How can I retrieve ny online banking username and password? I opened a checking account at the 2 wall street branch in NYC and do not recall being provided with that information
2. How can I change my address on file?

We'd first like to apologize that you're having trouble accessing your Online Banking; however, please don't worry! Our Banking Specialists are here to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will gladly provide you with your User Name and Password, and can even assist you with gaining access to your account(s) for the first time! To reach a Banking Specialist, you may simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
You would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location for assistance with your Online Banking. Our Customer Service Representatives can help during lobby hours, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store location, as well as their contact information and lobby hours.
Once you have gained access to your Online Banking, submitting an address change request is easy, and we'll be happy to walk you through the steps!
First, you'll want to log into your Online Banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and once you have done so; you may click on the 'Customer Service' tab, which you can find towards the top, right hand side of your screen. Next, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', select 'Contact Info'. From here, you can select the account(s) you would like this change to be reflected on, and after entering in your personal information, select 'Send'. Generally speaking, this request will be completed within 3-5 business days.
Another option you have to change your address is to speak with a Banking Specialists at the number mentioned above, or by visiting a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. As you'll need to speak with a Specialists or Representative in regard to gaining access to your Online Banking, we'd like to recommend mentioning your need to also change your address so that we may assist you with both of your concerns.
