If you have a Checking account with TD Bank in the United States and are currently enrolled for online banking, you should be able to use our online Bill Pay service to pay your billers who are located in the U.S. You will also have the options to set it up as a one-time only payment or recurring payment. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your U.S. Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
