Nice of you to stop by TD Helps, Jim! We'll be sure to provide some information regarding your ATM card.
We'd like to start by stating that you can use your TD Bank ATM card at PLUS or NYCE ATMs. Please note that fees may apply when you use a foreign ATM. Click here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Personal Fee Schedule. Also, additional fees may apply from the owner of the foreign ATM as well.
If you haven't done so already, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, send us a secure message through online banking or visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours to place travel notes on your account. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. In your message, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc and http://bit.ly/1fO8wKy for tips on international travel and FAQs. Also, if you need to reach us while you're abroad, you may do so by calling us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518.
Sure hope this helps and come back to TD Helps in future if you have any questions, Jim. Have a great trip and enjoy the rest of your evening!
