So you don't run into any acceptance issues while outside the United States, we recommend contacting us to add traveling notifications on your account. By doing so, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. You may reach us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
You may also send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking to add these travel notes. To send a Secure Message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side of the page, you will see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please contact us at the numbers listed above. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to login http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates and destinations.
Please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set.
