I ordered a new HSA card about a month ago, but it never showed up. I called TD bank and requested a new one again and it is being mailed to a new address. But, I broke my glasses and needed to quickly order a new pair (not cheap). I did not have my HSA account to use so I had to put it on a credit card. Is it possible to use funds from my HSA to pay that expense on my credit card?

Thanks for choosing TD Helps today, Keriann. We're so sorry to hear that you broke your glasses – we'd be happy to clear this up for you though!
You may reimburse yourself for the purchase made on your Credit Card by taking cash out of the ATM using your HSA debit card when it is received. We do recommend however, that you reach out to your health care provider to confirm if they would like you to retain any records or receipts of the withdrawal (and possibly, your eye care visit) for the upcoming tax year.
If you have any additional questions about your HSA account, please feel free to contact our dedicated HSA Department directly at (800) 597-4437 and choose Option 3. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm to answer any questions you may have.
Hope this helps and have a nice day.
