Thanks for coming by TD Helps with your inquiry, Francis. We'd be happy to help point you in the right direction.
To cancel a pending TD Bank Online Banking bill payment, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located at the top of your screen.
2. Click on the “Bill History” tab
3. From the Additional Options box select “Show Status” and “For Pending”
4. Click “Go”
You will be presented with a list of all future pending payments that have not yet begun processing, which can be cancelled. Please note that if a payment has begun processing, you will not be able to cancel it.
If the payment has not yet begun processing and you would like to cancel it, click on Cancel from the “Action” category. On the next page you will be asked to confirm that you would like to cancel the payment.
If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Tech Support at 800-493-7562, option 3. We are available 24/7 and after account verification, we'd be happy to help. You may also visit us during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
