Thanks for your question, Tricia. We'd be glad to discuss.
Generally speaking, if you are a TD Bank Customer, each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee right now. Please note that fees are subject to change and we encourage you to take a look at our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We'd also like to let you know that the owner of the machine or network (the other bank) may also assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank. This could be the reason that you're viewing two fees on your statement.
We apologize for any inconvenience however TD Bank does not have any affiliates in Hawaii at this time.
We also recommend placing a Travel Notification on your account to avoid service interruptions while you're away. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000, by visiting any TD Store or sending a secure message.
To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps and have a good day.
