I registered my gift card and all, when I signed it didn't allow me to view my balance. So then I changed the password, however the process of changing my password the website itself crashed. . I tried signing in with the new password however it keeps asking me for the date and 3 digit code and whenever I put it in correctly it tells me i've inputted the wrong information, please help!
