Good afternoon Matthew,
Thanks so much for reaching out to us today and great news! You do have the option of viewing your monthly statements online.
First, we'd like to mention that even if you receive paper statements for your account, these are always also available for you to view online after you log in to your online account.
If you're interested in changing your paper statements to online statements only, just continue reading for some instructions!
Selecting this option for your accounts is completed via Online Banking. Just in case you're not currently enrolled, you can do so for free by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once you have access to your personal Online Banking account, you can follow the steps below to go paperless:
-Log on to your TD Bank Online Banking Account
-Click the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the link for “Online Statement Settings”
-Select the “Online Statements” option for each of your accounts
-Add the email address you wish to have your statement alerts sent to
-Review and accept the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and Hardware and Software Requirements.
-Click the check boxes indicating you meet our system requirements and click “Save Changes."
If you run into any difficulties with your enrollment for Online Banking or paperless statements, feel free to call our Tech Support Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Once you're ready to view your statements online, you can follow these steps:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements & Notices tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
We hope this covers it for you, Matthew!
Feel free to click 'Reply' with any questions at all.
Wishing you a wonderful day!
