We're sorry to hear that you've forgotten your account information. We'd be glad to help.
Routing numbers are determined by the State in which you opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
Please know that you are able to review your account number online by signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq or by using the Mobile Banking App. When you use the full web page, the information will be immediately displayed upon sign in. Your account number via the Mobile Banking App is located by selecting the Details tab after selecting the specified account. You will have to select the link that reveals your account number in full.
You are also able to view this information on your checks or physical statements.
If you're not sure of your account information, feel free to reach out to us directly. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please keep in mind that our Specialists over the phone and via secure message are unable to provide your account number in full due to security reasons.
We hope this information helps and have a good morning.
