Welcome to TD Helps, Rosario!
If you are aware of a known virus going around, you'll be happy to hear that TD Bank does offer virus protection for you. Please take a look here for more information: http://bit.ly/1gUCuip. To download, you must be enrolled for Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can sign up by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please note that you will need your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, your Social Security number and email address. Once you complete the enrollment you will have immediate access to your account(s).
After you are logged in, please select the "Customer Service" tab. On the left hand side of the screen, please locate "Services & New Products". Please click on the link and you’ll be taken to McAfee’s site where you can complete the registration process and download the software.
If you have any issues enrolling for Online Banking or downloading, you can call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Our Tech Support Specialists will be happy to assist you. As always, you can visit a TD Store for enrollment help too. For Store hours and locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Rosario and have a great day!
