I am trying to create an account for the rewards site using the information from my TD Cash Visa Platinum Card. I enrolled for online account access a couple of days ago. Upon trying to redeem my points, I was redirected to tdbank.com/cash, and had to register there. Whenever I put in my account details (I am the primary account holder) and attempt to register, I get a red dialog box that says "Your account could not be found." I am not sure why this is the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
