Good afternoon, Anna, and welcome to TD Helps!
Typically statement periods for deposit accounts, credit card and loans last for 30 calendar days. Please keep in mind that the specific open and close date for your statement may vary based on when your account was opened.
To confirm these dates, we recommend connecting with us 24/7 at 888-561-8861. A Credit Card Specialist will be glad to review your account.
As always, you can visit us during lobby hours for further assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We also notice that you're writing to us from Canada. If this is in reference to your account with TD Canada Trust, we encourage you to reach out to them for clarification. You can connect with a Specialist in Canada by choosing a contact option here; https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope this clears some things up for you, Anna. Take care.
