I wanted to open a paypal account and they made a $1 transaction to validate the information that I supplied.
The TD bank blocked the transaction. Why?

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help determine why the transaction was not successful. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to complete the enrollment.
