Visa pending transaction - I made an online purchase on the weekend and the pending transaction is still listed as pending and it has been four business days. How long does it normally take?

Hi Angela! Thanks for reaching out to us at TD Bank.
Anytime you make a purchase using your debit card, it will initially show in your pending transactions. The transaction will remain in a pending status until the merchant collects the funds. Once the funds are collected, we are able to post the transaction to your account. Because the collection of funds is determined by the merchant, we are unable to expedite this process. While most transactions post within 3-5 business days, it's not entirely unheard of for them to remain pending for longer.
