I am needing to fax a Verification of Deposit request for a customer's personal and business accounts. I need the TD Bank actual address to list on the request form. Please advise if it is the same for Business and personal bank accounts.
The request will be faxed to 855-588-8147. Please confirm this is the best fax number.

Verification requests for deposit accounts would be handled by your nearest TD Store location. To find the Store location closest to you and their contact information, please use our handy Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Requests for verification of deposit accounts must be made in writing and your local Store is able to handle requests for both Personal and Business accounts held with TD.
When sending the request, please remember to note the address or fax# that you want the request to be returned to. Please make sure that your request is specific so that we include all necessary information you would like to verify. Also, as it sounds like you may be a third party, please remember that the request must be signed and authorized by our TD Customer (or an Authorized Signer on the Business account).
If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out to the Store you intend to send your request to. Also, although it is not required, we recommend contacting the Store ahead of time to notify them that you will be sending the request in.

Typically speaking, these type of request are handled at a TD Store location. For further assistance with your request, we recommend that you contact your nearest Store location directly to speak with a Customer Service Representative during lobby hours. Before your visit, we also recommend contacting the Store directly to ensure that these services may be completed for you. When you do decide to visit the Store location, please be sure to bring with you a valid form of Photo ID.
