TD team, I have subitted confused emails and consult you, but your reply is not what I want.
I have been out of U.S. of months and did not spend the money with TD bank. Why did I keep receiving the email as following? What does that mean?
We are sending the following account notification at your request.
The balance threshold(s) that you set within TD Bank Online Banking has/have been reached on the following account:
TD CONVENIENCE CHECKING XXXXXXXX0758
You can change or stop receiving this notification at any time from the Alerts Tab in TD Bank Online Banking. We are here to help you if you have any questions at 1-800-493-7562.
MEGAN has replied me to "Delete" or removing all alerts. That is not what I want to get. I want to keep the alerts. But I am confused by the notice above. What does it mean to me? Is my account safe? I did not spend the money in my account. Did the notice mean someone is trying to use the account?

In reply to QIAN, PHILLY
Welcome back to TD Helps, Qian. We apologize for any confusion and would be happy to clarify this with you.
When you are receiving this email regarding your balance threshold, this means that your balance may have reached the high balance limit or that your balance has dropped below a certain amount. The amount would be the amount you entered when you initiated this balance alert.
To view more information on this alert that you have set up, please log in to your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once signed in, please select the "Alerts" tab, under "Your customer alerts" you will be able to view the alerts you currently have.
If you have any other questions or are still uncertain about the content of the message we sent, please feel free to connect with our Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562, available 24/7 or visit us during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this clarifies your concerns and please let us know if you have any other questions.
