Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps, David.
The easiest way to obtain statements from your account is to find them via your Online Banking account. If you have a personal account you'll be able to view the past five years of statements online.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
- Click on the Checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the Statements & Notices tab
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and would like to use this service for your personal account(s), you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to complete the enrollment, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number and your email address.
In case you don't have the required information to set up your online account or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you have a business account with us and are currently using our BusinessDirect online platform, kindly note that you'll be able to view 18 months of statements there.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect, after logging in your account, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click “Statements”
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you prefer to use our free BusinessDirect online platform and you're not already doing so, you may start here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, your Taxpayer Identification number and your email address to enroll. Please note that should you sign up for BusinessDirect, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password for login purposes. If you don't have some required info, feel free to visit us at any TD Bank Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to sign up.
If you'd prefer not to view your statements online, you're welcome to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at the number mentioned earlier, or via online Secure Message, who can mail the statements to your address on file. To send a secure message, please log in to your account online. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Statement Copy, or Send a Secure Message in BusinessDirect. Please submit your request and a Representative will respond shortly.
Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait. Please note, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (located under “copies”).
We hope this helps, David and enjoy the rest of your evening.
