If you're logging in to your Personal TD Bank Online account and know your current credentials, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're viewing your accounts, you can click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The first link there will be able to help you; please click on Change User Name to complete an update.
If you'd like to change this information because you're unable to access your account, we apologize for any trouble and are glad to direct you to one of our Banking Specialists, who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting this information.
