I have a bad banking history due to a divorce. I am trying to start over and build my history back up. Do you offer any accounts that are good for people like me?

Thanks for your question, Brooke. We'd be glad to help you open an account.
In order to open a checking account, a credit check is not needed. We do want to mention that you may have trouble opening an account with us if you have any outstanding accounts reported. If this is the case, we recommend resolving your debit with them at your next available convenience.
At TD, we offer a variety of checking accounts. To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://go.td.com/1NtfyIN or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://go.td.com/1vW1xnU for help with selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you.
To view and compare savings account products, click on http://go.td.com/1pJT9I9, or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://go.td.com/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs.
Once you've decided on the account you'd like to open, you are able to do so in a variety of ways. You can select "Open Account" beneath the account of your choosing, call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know that regardless of the method you choose to open your account, you will need to have a valid photo I.D. handy (Driver's license, State ID, or Passport, etc.) and your Social Security Number.
We hope to hear from you soon, Brooke and have a good day.
